The Nucleo has two pockets and can be worn as a standalone heated jacket, but it can also be tucked inside a motorcycle jacket using the loops and snaps that connect the inner layers.

The inner layers are normally connected by our in-house developed Easy Cuff™ system, but some jackets now (also) feature loops and snaps to allow you to wear heated clothing like the Nucleo. Keep an eye out for the term Thermax™ prepared.

To ensure your body is heated properly and evenly, our Powervein™ wiring is located on the front, back, arms and collar. Powervein™ wiring was created 20 years ago and has been further developed over the past two decades. The most notable improvement is the quality of the wiring, which significantly increases the overall durability and effective heat release.

Dual Power™ technology allows you to choose between a 7.4 or 12 Volt power supply. Power can be supplied by a battery in the jacket or by a direct connection to your motorcycle battery.

There are four levels of heat, each indicated by its own color on the Power Controller. The controller on the chest also tells you how much power you have left and allows you to change the level by pressing it.

Alternatively, you can use this jacket (and other garments) in the MACNA® Heated App. The app allows you to manage all your heated garments with one hand instead of having to unzip and search for hidden buttons.
